New Goals for The New Year

Happy New Year! (A little late...better later than never I guess.) A new year means many new projects! I accomplished many things this past year! Many were my goals I set for the beginning of the year and then some that I added along the way. I wanted make some new goals for 2013 and finish up a few things that I started but never finished last year. I have many new things planned!!!

I am excited for a new year and ready to get all of these projects going! Of course, you know me, I'm a project hopper, so I work on a little at a time. I've actually already been working on a few of these things, so they already look different than the pictures above. Yet, they are far from done! I am hoping to definitely get all of these things finished, and I'm sure I will add some more stuff along the way!

Our Christmas

We went back to Gainesville for Christmas. We were there for 10 days! I enjoyed being back so much! The later half of the week, Ben went on his annual winter camping trip with some friends from college, and I just stayed with my mom and dad. Since we were gone so long, we decided to take Clemson back with us. I think she got a little spoiled while we were back :)

She isn't allowed on the furniture at home, but my parents pretty much let her do whatever and now she is rotten!

Let's just say...I didn't get dressed up this Christmas :) I was quite lazy, and I enjoyed it!

Playing Catch-Up

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I know I sure did! So much so, that I never got around to posting about Christmas. So now I am playing catch-up. I know it is almost 2 weeks after Christmas, but I am going to do 2 quick posts.  I am going to post one with our Christmas decor this year and one with our personal photos. I hope you enjoy!

I made the Christmas sign out of some 1x6 boards, spray painted them red and then painted the letters with paint markers. I love it! I stole the stocking ideas from my sister and my mom helped me make them! I love them too!

I wanted a way to display all of my Christmas cards, so hung some red grosgrain ribbon on my pantry doors and hung the cards with clothespins.
